Our vision to create an environment conductive to nurturing and caring for children in third world countries by providing the necessary resources and educating them to become productive citizen.

1 Birth At A Time exists to break the chain of hopelessness by providing one woman at a time along with her child(ren) in a crisis with a loving, structured residential environment, resources and support.

Our Accomplishments

Over the years, we have accomplished many important milestones in our mission to support the orphanages on a monthly basis with their basic needs, including expanding our services and increasing accessibility to mental health resources.

About Us

OUR HISTORY

1 Birth At A Time, a non-profit 501 (c) (3) was established May 2017. The organization was started to teach teen mothers how to become independent and providing parenting skills for their babies. Being a single mom, I know the challenges we face, daily. Through the exposure of life experiences, personal trial and triumphs, the team and I wanted to predicate the problems of:

Hunger
Homelessness
Crime
Literacy

OUR FAMILY IN NIGERIA, WEST AFRICA

Our goal is to eradicate poverty, educate the uneducated, and end homelessness, one person at at time.

Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. From managers to outreach workers, we work together to provide comprehensive support to our mothers and children.

Our Founder Dr. Melinda JOnes-Hull

The Founder

Has a passionate for ministry in the third world countries building and the upkeep of orphanages, schools, and providing clean drinking water.

Helping women through her ministry with Moments with Melinda, in becoming financially free and business entrepreneurs.

A financial counselor and instructor that provides classes and seminars, credit repair, and money management.

Dr. Melinda is the mother of two sons, her husband Dr. Anthony Hull, Sr, has been traveling to Nigeria for 35 years and is the Founder of four seminaries in West Africa.

Dr. Melinda is a Conference Speaker, Author, Writer, Ordained Elder, business owner and ministers with international credentials. She is the President of Word of Life Theological Seminary, her husband is the Founder.

Dr. Melinda has her Bachelor’s from Dallas Christian College in Ministry and Leadership, and received her Master's in Organizational and Project Management from Ashford University. She graduated with her Doctoral Degree from Word of Life Theological Seminary.

Dr. Melinda has worked in the dental industry for over 20 years and business entrepreneur for over 40 years.
